DESRIPTION:
UltraFlow® 4000/8 offers advantages that no other grout can match. It is a fluid consistency grout that provides extended working time to allow for large placements, but then gains strength quickly after an hour and hits 4000-psi in 8 hours. Hence the name UltraFlow® 4000/8. In the past, a choice had to be made between long working time and early strength gain. Rapid Set® has been making non-shrink grouts since 1981 and UltraFlow® 4000/8 allows grout users to have it all. Large pours can be easily completed with UltraFlow® 4000/8 and be ready for use in just 8 hours.
FEATURES / BENEFITS:
- Fluid – flows easily into tight areas
- Extended Working Time – fluid for 30 minutes and workable for an hour
- Early Form Removal and Cutback – job completed faster
- 8 Hour Strength – allows machines to be returned to service faster
- Non-Shrink – for permanent bearing support and load transfer
- 98% plus Effective Bearing Area – provides maximum support and load transfer
- Any consistency – can be fluid, flowable, plastic, or damp pack
- Does not bleed or use gas forming agents – no hollow spots under the plate
- Pumpable – easy to place
- No Segregation – the grout stays strong and durable
- Sulfate Resistant – for use in high sulfate areas
- High Freeze/Thaw Resistance – for outdoor use
- Can be coated or painted in 24-hours
