Using Fast Accelerator Packet
USE:
With Rapid Set Mortar Mix (55-lb. bag), Grout (55-lb. bag), Concrete (60-lb. bag), and DOT Repair Mix (55-lb. bag) use 1 to 4 packets of FAST to achieve the required set time for your project. A trial batch is recommended to fine-tune the dosage and test for appropriate hardening characteristics. FAST may be used in combination with all other products of the Concrete Pharmacy.
DIRECTIONS:
Dissolve FAST in the mixing water prior to adding the cement product. Follow product mixing instructions described on the package of your cement product. Do NOT exceed 4 packets per 50 to 60 lb. bag of Rapid Set. Set times are dependent on ambient temperatures and temperatures of the ingredients in your mix. If too much FAST is added or if the mix temperature is too high, the cement may harden before it can be placed and finished. Do NOT add more water than recommended on the package of your cement product. Do NOT re-temper.
WARNING:
Keep out of reach of children. May cause skin, eye, and lung irritation. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and clothing. Wear approved protective and safety respiratory equipment. Wash thoroughly after handling. DO NOT TAKE INTERNALLY. In case of contact, flush affected areas with water for 15 to 20 minutes. If inhalation effects occur, remove to fresh air. If irritation persists, seek medical attention. Wash contaminated clothing. Refer to Material Safety Data Sheet for more information.
